1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Self Cut, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“Self Cut,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. This policy applies to the following (together, the “Services”):

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you have questions, email support@stayfreshapp.com.

The short version:

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us.

2.2 Photos, camera, and gallery. The App and Web App ask for permission before using your camera or photo gallery. We access only the photos you choose to take or select, never your whole library. Photos can contain location data (EXIF). Our Services keep this data when you upload a photo. You can turn off camera and photo access at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Payment information. A third-party payment processor handles payments on the Website and Web App. Your card details go directly to that processor, and we never see or store your full card number. From the processor, we receive limited information, such as your plan, billing status, the last four digits and expiration date of your card, and your billing country or ZIP code. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store handles payment. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.

2.4 Information collected automatically.

When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days. Copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days before they are overwritten. We may keep some information longer when we need it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Billing records are an example.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

These may include the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to access, correct, or delete it, to get a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
